Pests enter premises in search of food, shelter and water. One good way to control them is to prevent them from entering your home or commercial building. Seal all their entry points; do not leave food scraps lying around in your kitchen and home. Maintain good hygiene levels on your property and get rid of clutter.
Some pests hide deep within wall voids, crevices and cracks. Our treatments are designed to allow the pests to survive for about a week before they start moving again. It means the product can be transferred to other members of the colony, which helps tackle the root of the problem and not just the symptom.
Many pests are minute and they get into nooks and crannies. It also means that we can’t always eliminate every single pest. We design treatments to ensure that the pests don’t return. But in some cases, a follow-up visit might be needed after three an size months to get rid of a second wave of pests in case some eggs or larvae survived even after the first visit. We cover our residential and commercial general pest treatments with a 6-month warranty and 3-month warranty respectively.
The duration for which pest control treatments last depend on the type of pest in your home. Typically, the treatments last for a few months and target different types of common pests that exist in most properties. However, pests like termites are generally not targeted in this treatment. If the pest infestation is severe, multiple treatments may be required to get rid of the them entirely.
If sprays are to be used in the treatment, we request that you step out of the premises for some time and the rooms would need to be shut for at least an hour to allow the liquid treatment to dry completely. After that, you can enter and open up all the windows and doors to air out the spaces. However, its best to keep kids and pets away from these areas until the air has cleared completely and there is almost no smell.
